River Ranch Super Premium Oven-Baked Lamb, Millet, and Rice Kibble Dog Food |

A Healthy, All-Natural Kibble for Dogs of All Ages
Human-grade, free-range lamb, millet, and rice are carefully oven-baked, along with
vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and enzymes to provide the very finest diet that is complete and balanced meal for dogs of all ages.
Only the finest quality ingredients are used: premium quality lamb, menhaden fish,
flaxseed, rosemary, chelated minerals, natural tocopherols, along with probiotics and digestive enzymes.
Flaxseed is high in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and phytochemicals called lignans.
Tocopherols are antioxidant compounds belonging to a group of fat-soluble compounds that make up vitamin E,
present in vegetable oils and leafy greens.
Is your dog overweight? We recommend our Lamb, Millet, and Rice formula if your dog needs
a lower-calorie food. The best thing you can do for your dog is to keep it trim! Extra weight puts unnecessary
strain on joints as well as posing other health problems. It's important to measure your dog's food and follow the Feeding Guide
on this page. We recommend that you keep treats to a minimum and don't
feed table scraps. Your veterinarian can help you determine a good target weight for your dog, and recommend a safe
weight-loss program.
Allergies? Dogs that suffer from food sensitivities are often allergic
to certain proteins and not others. Lamb is an alternative protein source for dogs that are
sensitive to other protein sources. Flint River Ranch Lamb, Millet, and Rice Kibble Dog Food does not
contain synthetic preservatives, corn, or wheat, some of which are common allergens to dogs.
When trying a new food for an allergic dog it's best to feed a single food for two or three weeks because it sometimes
takes that long for allergy symptoms to abate. Avoid all treats and other foods during that time.
Often pets can benefit from an additional probiotic supplement that provides
a higher concentration and wider
variety of beneficial microorganisms. We offer a complete line of probiotic supplements for pets.

Feeding Guide
It's best to introduce Super Premium foods by mixing with your dog's usual food
and increasing the amount of Flint River Ranch over several days. It will take time for your dog to adjust to the
rich, easy-to-digest, Super Premium quality. A sudden change in any food source may be a shock to your dog's
digestive system. You may notice loose stools. If so, reduce the amount being fed until your dog adjusts.
Nutritional
requirements will vary according to breed, age, activity level, and
lifestyle. When changing diets, feed at least 20% less of this high density
kibble than previous brands. Feed your dog twice
per day. Suggested daily amounts in cups per day are given below:
|
10-20 lbs.
20-40 lbs.
40-60 lbs.
60-80 lbs.
80-100 lbs.
Over 100 lbs.
|
