Special Skills or Responsibilities: Moose can "Moo" like a cow. |
Story: We rescued Moose through Roxie’s Fund for Dogs.
He had been picked up by animal control and was taken to the shelter. When
the shelter called his owner, the owner said, “Keep him.” For several months
Moose remained unadopted and began to get sick. The shelter manager loved
him so much that she could not just euthanize such a beautiful dog so she
called Roxie’s Fund for Dogs. We had been looking for someone like Moose and
now we had found him. We visited him for a couple of weeks while the
wonderful people at Kenhaven Animal Hospital nursed him back to health. We
took him home and he has been a very happy dog ever since. |
