Sawyer |
Breed: Miniature Pinscher | Weight: 12 pounds |
Gender: Male | |
Favorite Food: Flint River Ranch Lamb/Millet/Rice. When I got Sawyer, my rescued MinPin, in 2002 he was bony-thin, dull of coat, bad of breath--a mess. I fed him Iams for 6 months and he gained weight, but his coat was still dull and he didn't have the MinPin energy. I switched to FRR on the recommendation of an IMPS volunteer in Florida. What a change! He is now a happy, healthy, shiny 6-year-old boy with all that MinPin vitality. FRR has changed his life as much as he has changed mine, all for the better. Thanks for such a great product. |
Story: Sawyer was rescued from an animal hoarding situation in February 02: an unheated house in northern Maine with more than 50 animals. The rescuers wore haz-mat suits and respirators and waded through more than 6 inches of feces to extract the living animals (not all of them made it). We suspect a much larger dog tried to eat him; he had a badly broken muzzle and a punctured palate that required two surgeries to repair, leaving him with a permanent Elvis sneer. He thinks he weighs about 300 pounds; he's completely fearless. Not just because he's mine, I think he's the prettiest red MinPin I've ever seen. |

Breed: Miniature Pinscher | Weight: 8 pounds |
Gender: Female | |
Favorite Food: A good Flint River Ranch diet and a warm loving home has turned this little girl around from a pogo-sticking nervous wreck to a sweet baby. |
Favorite Place to Sleep: Loves to cuddle in bed with her mom and foster brother, Sawyer. |
Story: Quinn is a puppy mill rescue. She's barely a year old and has already had a litter. She had never been outside... she loves the snow! And her feet were a mess from having lived in a wire cage. |
