Henry Having a Good Shake Out on the Trail

Henry Resting Up after a Hard Day on the Trail

Breed: HarrierWeight: 40 pounds
Gender: Male
Favorite Food: He likes dry kibble mixed with wet food. He also gets a big greasy pig’s ear every night before bed.
Favorite Activities: He enjoys hunting, wrestling with humans on the floor, eating pig’s ears, playing chase with Angel the cat, and going for rides in the car.
Favorite Place to Sleep: He sleeps in his human’s bed or on the couch, and in the bathroom during thunderstorms.
Special Skills or Responsibilities: He's good at hunting and tracking, as well as ridding the world of groundhogs.
Story: Henry was an abused hunting dog abandoned by his owner. I adopted him from an organization that rescued him from the pound just before he was to be euthanized. It took a while to train Henry and gain his trust, but once I did he became the most delightful, loving, and affectionate dog that you can imagine.

He currently has a couple of acres of woods and farmland that he runs on a couple of times a day, where he is able to chase varmints of every description and howl and bay at the top of his lungs. He is a very happy and contented dog and I love him dearly.
