Along with a Flint River Lite diet, working out with Arnie is part of Oatmeal's day! Followed by a spot of California sun-worshipping! Of course, followed by a lot of snoozing! Oatmeal Breed: Domestic Mediumhair Cat Weight: 14 pounds Gender: Male Favorite Food: Flint River is at the top of his list. Story: Oatmeal, with his striking blue eyes, was at the shelter on two occasions I visited with my friend, who was looking for a dog. The hint that he was to be "removed" as he had been there several weeks was enough for me to cast thoughts of allergies to the wind and adopt him. I had never had a cat before, and my Old English was definitely top dog in the house, but this two-year old cat, who had been handed in when his owner had gone to college, stole all our hearts. His years with my Old English were psychologically interesting, as he was deemed "toy" for many months, but a truce finally was struck when Oatmeal realised he was smarter and faster!
